A.No you cannot get a court order just like that to seal the house but you have to build a case for that. You have to build he case and bring in and showcase your rights as legal heir to the property and once you have that then you can either file a title suit or a partition suit then move on with the case and take the necessary actions as needed.

A.Dear client
You did not mentioned that it is ancestral property or not. If it is an ancestral property you will get one share in that property. You and your family members can get a partition deed in between you and them. Or you can file a partition suit in the court, along with the suit you can file interim application and pray the court to pass an order not to alienate the suit schedule property to the third parties until the partition is orderd by the court.
If you impressed with my suggestion kindly rate me.

A.Hi,
If the house is ancestral in nature you have an undivided interest in the property currently. You can either take the help of your family lawyer and work out the partition deed between you and the rest of the members. Or alternatively, you can file suit before the family court and take judicial help.
If you find my answer helpful then kindly rate me.

A.Hi,
You file a suit for partition before the court if you are a member of the family, especially if you belong to the Class I heir. To intermittently possess the house, you can pray for an interim possession until the partition is sorted between you and your family.

A.No. You can only claim partition of property and as interim relief you can ask that property be not disposed or no third party interest be created.
