Division of Property for Construction
My grandfather has property on which currently a house is constructed. He wants to divide it into 2 parts between his two sons for constructing their own houses. My question is whether he can declare within the deed that the person taking front part can construct over the gallery(path to backside of house) so that no dispute can arise in future.
A.Dear Sir,

A.Aap ke grand father apni property ka saman rup se partition kar sakte hai. Or vah partition karte time yah khol sakte hai ki kon sa part kiska hoga. Or dono parties partition deed ke anusar property ko use karne ke adhikari honge.
