A.Koi bhi property acquire karne ke liye ek procedure hai. Jab property acquire ki jaati hai tab acquire ki gai property ka compensation diya jaata hai. Yadi aap ko compensation nhi diya gya hai tab aap vibhag se contect kar sakte hhai.yadi apko koi samadhan nhi hota hai tab aap ek reference vibhag me dakhil kare. Uske baad RTI dwara information mange ki mere reference par kya kiya hai. Tab aap reference or RTI ko lekar High court Writ dakhil kare.

A.Hello
First check by a filing an RTI that whether any compensation at that time was given to your grandfather at that time or not and how much land was acquired by the government. Then ask for compensation if denied you could file a writ petition in high court.
Thank you.

A.Hello,
In order to get compensation you have to first acquire knowledge regarding the acquisition of your land by government and from how much part of land was taken from your and your neighbours land. Then ask for compensation from the government.
Thanks.

A.Write a letter to the Public welfare department ( PWD) through RTI and seek the information on the land acquired for the construction of the land. Once you have the information then accordingly you can ask for the compensation. If they do not pay you the compensation then move the high court by filing a writ petition.
