We have a house in Thane which was build by my great grandfather who had 3 sons who all died in the between 1985 -1998,one of my grandfather has 3 sons/2 daughters,other has 2 sons/2 daughters,third did not have any kids,now in case of partition how does the property get distributed considering there is no will involved also one of my grandmother who has deceased is listed on the 7/12 document will her kids get extra share in her name.
