sale agreement

i have got a loan for 20 lakhs from a person. i have given collateral security for that loan is a Flat in my name. by registered the loan amount as sale agreement on august 02 2017.
Now it is nearing 12 months, can i renew that sale agreement for another six months.
Is it possible to renew the sale agreement for 6 months.

A.You have provision for renewing the agreement you can renew with consent of the financer.

A.Yes surely you can extend the daye of that sale agreement but suject to consent of other party
