Laptop Order Cancelled and No Refund since 3 months

I had ordered a Lenovo gaming laptop worth INR 3.35 Lakhs on 8th March, which usually takes a max of 8-10 weeks delivery time. I was following up then on a regular basis and they used to tell me that it is in progress. Finally, when I contacted for the last time, they told me that the system has canceled my order and it is not going to go forward. I purchased using an AMEX credit card and I am still paying the interest and amount for a canceled order and they have not returned my money back yet. My order no is 4600334193 and I have raised a dispute in customer court but in vain. No major progress. I want to file a suit against Net Distribution Services Pvt Ltd. who is the distributor of Lenovo laptops in India.
You may get issue a legal notice threatening to initiate criminal and civil action. Better initiate proceedings before Consumer Court which will be disposed off summarily and you need to pay Court fees very low. If you go for civil suit it will take years together and you have to pay large amount of Court fee.
