regarding rental issues an early termination of agreement regarding rental issues an early termination of agreement

It's been only 7 months since we came to this house and the owner told us to vacate the house 3 months before.
But according to the agreement if the owner has told us to vacate the house within the agreemental period they has to give us the 2 months of rent extra to the advance we gave and vice versa. But now they are not willing to give the 2 months exta rent. They are breaking the rules of the agreement. What can be done on this issue?

A.Dear Sir,
Since landlord breaking the terms of agreement so you need not vacate the premises until and unless he gives you two months rent in addition to your advance amount. You may make no your landlord about this clause by sending a proper legal notice.

A.Hi,
You can continue the possession unless until he ready to follow the conditions in the agreement. If he tries to evict you by force, you can give a police complaint and get help. According to Section 6 of Specific relief act,1963,If any person is dispossessed without his consent of immovable property otherwise than in due course of law, he or any person claiming through him may, by suit, recover possession thereof, notwithstanding any other title that may be set up in such suit.

A.It is necessary to scrutinize the terms, conditions, default clause,Notice portion etc of that Leave and License Agreement to give reply to that Eviction Notice issued by that Landlord. Please take note that the terms and conditions of that Agreement are binding upon both the parties so neither party can violate the same.

You may stay in the same house till conditions are full filled. You may approach the Police Station to protect your possession or file a suit for permanent injunction and continue your stay.
