My father has transferred his self acquired property among we two brothers. Does my father's daughter in law (widow) and her two sons(minor) asks their share in this property. And If my father does not want to give any share to her and to her children's for their bad behaviour towards us. Please advice

A.As the property is self acquired it is the sole discretion of the property owner that to whom he want to give that property or to whom he dont want to give

A.The Self acquired property can be disposed as per the wish & choice of the transferee, you cannot claim for share in the property.

A.If the property is self acquired in that case he can dispose off the property as per his wish and choice.
