A.Hi,
The Transfer of Property Act of 1882 is an Indian law that governs the transfer of property in India. Contract-related enactments are included in the Contract Act and are additional to the Registration Act.

The Transfer of Property Act 1882 is Indian legislation that regulates the transfer of property in India also Enactments relating to contracts are to be taken as part of the Contract Act and supplemental to the Registration Act.
