A.Hi,
The fact that you are a director of a corporation has no bearing on the landlord-tenant relationship. Furthermore, in the RLTOP case, it is critical to know what allegations have been levelled against you. You are not liable for the firm's compensation if the company you were connected with was a partnership and you had already given up on it.
Thank you very much.

A.Hi,
The position of you being a director of a company does not affect the landlord tenant relationship. Further, for the RLTOP case, what are the specific charges levelled against you is of utmost importance. If the company you were associated with is a partnership and you have already given up on it then then you are not liable for the compensation of the firm.
Thank you.

A.Details are required to be examined. If case has been filed then you are not required to convince your tenant. You are required to question maintainibility of case against you with prayer to dismiss the case against you and further that you are not necessary party in the case.
