Property issues from corporation

Sir i have an vacant land in an area which is in my name. A group of officers from Chennai corporation had a visit on my vacant land and they struck a notice in my name on the other persons land which is in construction stating that to stop the construction but I'm not constructing any building since when i bought the land and they are threatening me for bribe. here I'm attaching the notice which they struck. please give me some legal opinion. Thanking You
A.Dear Sir,
You may immediately approach High Court or Civil Court and get a stay order against the Chennai Corporation officers. In many cases the Corporation people using such tactics and stop the constructions and after getting some favours they will allow.

A.Dear client,
If any authority from the government is asking for bribe, it is definitely an illegal one and they will be punished.
Before that please keep the documents related to your property safely, in case you go for a suit you will need it.
For now,
Go to the nearest Police Station lodge a complain.
Consult an advocate and show the notice.

A.No notice is attached with this post. It is necessary to scrutinize that Notice and the legal perspective thereof. It is also necessary to know the standpoint of the Owners' of that plot of land where the construction is going on because if such stop construction notice is in your name then that is not binding upon those owners and at the same time Chennai Corporation through that Notice denied the Ownership of the actual Owners.

A.Hi,
You can find a lawyer and move legally. If they demanded bribes, they will be punished. You can easily prove in the court that the said land is not yours and there is no construction happening on your land.

A.Hi,
Giving and asking for bribes is illegal and a punishable offense. You can give a complaint to the nearest police station. Send a copy to the SP office. You can find a lawyer and move legally.
