Case filed by daughter of earlier owner after the sale deed registration.

Sir, my agriculture land was purchased 25years back from a earlier owner with his son's sign on sale deed, which was a govt granted land to the earlier owner. Document says after 15years of grant owner can sell it to others, we purchased it after 15.3years. Now, earlier owners daughters filed a case for their partition and rights. How do I proceed here? Request your advice on the case stability and can we ask for dismissal of the case.

A.It is necessary to scrutinize that registered Sale Deed as well as the papers of that Partition Suit to find out the merits and demerits . Without thorough scrutinization of aforesaid documents,legal remedy cannot be suggested.
