Leakage in Balcony Leakage in Balcony

I am owner of 1 BHK flat in Pune.
Below flat owner had launched a complain in society about the leakage in balcony. In my balcony there is no breakage, no damage and it is kept maintained also I am not having any problem in balcony. The leakage might be since construction.

Now society member is asking us to pay entire seepage repair cost.
The seepage seems to be inside the tiles no one is sure. Society member is asking us to remove the title and fix the issue.

Why the owner is responsible to pay the entire amount even if we have not done any damage.

Builder has handed over society to society member.
Why owner should pay the entire lekage cost??? Isn't it responsibility of below owner to contribute ot the society ?

A.You ask for a written demand on you from the Society asking you to bear the cost and then approach the civil Court and file for an injunction, claiming that you are not responsible.
