Refund issue

I have ordered a product in flipkart worth of Rs.1349 on July 2021 through UPI and cancelled the order on the same day. it happens almost 3 months. But, still I didn't received my amount, I contact several times to its customer care they informed me that payment has been completed to your UPI linked bank account on July, 2021 and further asked me to contact my bank, I went to bank they asked me to contact flipkart again. I have filed this issue in consumer court, now flipkart replied me that they don't have any connections as they are like a mall. Asking us to deal only with the sellers. now what should i do ?

A.Dear client,
As Flipkart is the platform through which you have booked and the place where you met the seller, they will be liable to ensure that you get the payment on behalf of the seller. They have erred in doing this and if you can not solve this matter in this consumer court, then you can appeal it.
