I had rented my property of 12.5 cents to a local person for a bar and restaurant 4years back it was 3 year term agreement it expired last year itself but still that person is not coming to make a new agreement and he has subleased the property to another person without my permission what actions can I take as a landlord against them the rents are paid correctly

A.Dear Sir,
Yes, you can get issue a legal notice and terminate the lease as he has sublet the properties and also the period of lease already over. However, your case is weak since you have not registered the lease deed. However, it can be cured if you are ready to pay penalty to get it regularised.

A.Dear Client,
You can serve a legal notice to the owner of bar and restaurant or you can file a civil dispute in a local court for restraining the tenant from further subleasing the property.
