My Father-in-Law has 2 daughters My Father-in-Law has 2 daughters

My Father-in-Law has 2 daughters, I’m married to the elder one and the younger one is married and settled in the US. My Father-in-Law owns a house and he wants to gift it to my wife and in considerations, we want to pay land value to my sister-in-law in the US.

I would like to know what kind of legal document needs to be created for this? And how my sister-in-law can take the money back to the US under legal terms?

A.Dear Client,
Because a gift cannot be made in exchange for something of value, you must understand the parameters under which your Father-in-law is willing to sign that registered form of transfer in his eldest daughter's name. It's important to know if your sister-in-law is still an Indian citizen.
Thank you!

A.It is necessary to know whether your sister in law is still Indian Citizen or not. Gift cannot be made with consideration so it is necessary to know the terms by virtue of which your Father-in- law is willing to execute that registered document of Transfer in favour of his eldest daughter. To give legal opinion, the relevant facts are necessary.
