Landlord and tenant - landlord expired

landlord expired in 1930 and as tenant were living ordinary with 3 of his family , while submitting application landlord property was transfer to his relative in 1931, and relative expired in 1970 and property was divided between 2 brothers , and in from 1985 rent receipt was given to defendant in name of there father that they were tenant , and it continued and defendant advocate admitted that they are tenant they change there lawyer and section 43 was imposed and case is still going on what to do next after section 43 was dismissed as admission of tenant relationship with landlord

A.To give opinion, it is necessary to scrutinize the documents of that Court matters as a whole . Without analysing the legal standpoints taken by both sides before the Court of Law, merits and demerits of that Court matter cannot be ascertained.
