Need advice regarding purchase of a residential property
1) Family is of 6 person. 4 brothers and 2 sisters. At present property is owned by 4 brothers. Sisters have let go their rights on property at the time of their marriage, this happened in 1984. They have registered the same.
2) Brothers have divided this single property owned by their parents among themselves.
3) At present sister are claiming rights on property and filed case here. They are claiming that they were minor at the time of letting go their rights and registration had happened without their willingness. For this they got their birth certificate and school certificates with them. And crosschecking the dates of registered deed with their birth certificate actually proves that they were minor at the time of letting go their rights.
4) Now brothers wants to sell this property and told me that they will convince their sisters prior registration for withdrawal of their case in court.
Please let me know how to go further if I want to register this property. I have asked them to convince their sisters to withdraw the case and new deed to be registered for letting go their rights. I am not paying any advance prior registration for out of case settlement.

A.To get rid of the future disputes which is likely to arise even after withdrawal of such case ,it is necessary to make the execution of that Sale Deed in Registered manner by those four brothers making their two sisters as confirming parties therein.
