Privacy Issue -My family staying in a own house from 20yrs

My family staying in a own house from 20yrs but from 1 year we are facing a issue.The place left between my home and beside home is 1&1/2feet width. Back street peoples are using this place as a short cut that place is beside to my bedroom and bathroom we felt lot of distrubance when peoples are passing through that place. When we try to close that place to not enter peoples in that , beside home peoples are enter in to conflict , my windows sunshades constructed 3inches more into their place they didnt told me to remove that extra contruction instead of that they doing all of this like their street peoples using this place as a raod with their support. Dont we have rights to stop this distrubance?

It is your private place and you can get an injunction order against public at large by filing a representative suit against the Defendant at large.
it depends on the area being public or private property. If it is public property then you can not but private means it is your wish.
