Youtuber Scamming in name of Help and collecting answers to sell to other people

I have come across a Youtube Channel with name Affiliate Offars which has 3k subscribers and 2k telegram members where he provides free support from last 6 months but recently his mind is money making so he made a new VIP group and started collecting free answers from people on youtube and other members from the group. He is asking for money for such free answers from other people like 1-2 USD per month and also opened Join on Youtube channel with different plans - I was victimised by this person who took my help from June till last Dec 15 and now his group is 2000+ he is not ready to pay me anything in transit. He also asked me to hire 2 people who worked for 3 months but he is not ready to pay them committed payments but 1/3rd only than committed and now his 2000 members on group are going to be victimised sooner or later as he wants to earn money only so what can i do to stop this permanently so more people dont fall in prey? The person who owns this is from Kenya and never agreed to share his identity card to me
If you have his address or email id then you can send him a legal notice through a lawyer to recover your due amount plus what ever you want to legally get from him. Going froward you need to have agreements in place any future transactions.
