Good afternoon sir/madam , I have property thats situated in L.B nagar which is in Hyerabad . My father had purchased & reg’d a plot in year 1997 & later on we also got boundary wall constructed in 2012 where in no one objected & obtained LRS(Layout Regularization Scheme ) too, also father made a gift deed in my favour in 2019 & later also obtained the building permission from greater hyderabad municipal corporation in 2019. On a separate note after few months of our buying the plot back in 1997 , a petition was filed by a lady against my father & also on neighbouring plot owner but from the judgement it could be concluded that there was a certain registration of these plots in 1995. Later on , The court ruled that the matter was settled out of court between the vendor & the lady who filed petiion against my father & the judgement upheld the validity of these plot’s reg’d documents & our ownership of the said plot. we also have the original judgement copy with us which states that the above. Current status: Recently when I am negotiating to sell this plot of land : (a)the prospective buyer sent me an EC that continues thats still show the name of lady who filed petition against my father back then & registration details of the lady thereby discouraging the buyer. (b).please help me as i dont know how to solve these issue
A.Dear Client
After the registration you should have get the mutation done in your name and got the EC issues in your name too. You need to visit the land records and revenue department and apply for change of name in the records.

that true sir but my father had a job abroad and he was staying in hong kong and also we thought that as the case resolved and judgement was given we thought that ended the dispute later during using internet i came to know the process but till then it was late .
