My Father has 3 sons and wife
flat is on loan, loan is on me (Son) with my father name as co- applicatant on loan as he was 60 + ,
My Father got expired in covid 2020 and there is nomination mentonied on socity paper 100% share to his wife .
We want to transfer the flat tittle now on mom name .
Does we required noc for bank it or it can be directly done.
does give noc for it or does we required to make any document on it

A.Dear Client

If the flat is on loan then it cannot be transferred to a new name without getting NOC from bank.

A.Dear Client
As long as there is a loan on the property the flat can not be transferred into a new name without the permission or NOC taken from the bank. The bank would wish to ensure that the EMI should keep coming and in case of any default the owner should be made liable to pay.
