My brother had a fight with one of his friend (Talha). on 31st Jan 21. The family member of both the boys were informed and we tried to sort the matter by talking and understanding and that matter had ended...But then on 6th Feb 21. Talha bought 8 boys along with and beat my brother..we want to police and informed them about the incident and the gave us NC..the boys who beat my brother are still roaming outside without any action and are teasing my brother while passing.please advice what should we do...can we file an Fir against them.

A.Dear Client
You can file a FIR u/s 352, which is assault, in the police station against the boys. Whoever assaults or uses criminal force to any person otherwise than on grave and sudden provocation given by that person, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees, or with both.

A.Dear Client
You can very well go and file a police complaint for the said incidence and the police is ought to take up the FIR and initiate the process of investigation. If you have got any medical report for the said incidence where your brother was beaten then take that too to the police.
