Property title deed

After demise of father 3 son's divide the land and took equal share and received the pattadar passbook and updated the same in ROR it's been almost 4 decades. But I don't have a property title deed document on my name. Now I'm looking for a registered title deed on my name. Plz help me what is the procedure and how to apply for it.

As per the facts which have been provided, if you are on of the three brothers then you will have one-third share in the property. Based on the registered partition deed you can create a title deed in your name.

You did not mention that what is your relation to the above three brothers. In case you are the one of the brothers then this is what you got to do to have a title deed in your name. Take a copy of the partition deed ( which should have been registered) and then based on the partition deed you can create a title deed in your name which you will have to get registered with the Sub-registrar.
But at the same time when you have got the property registered and the names updated with land records then there is no need to have separate title deed as the partition deed in enough.
