I have a shop in malia hatina(Gujarat).And some mafia gangster has taken possession forcefully.All documents of that shop is registered on my name.Its been just 10 days he has taken over.What can i do now?Frankly speaking police is nor ready to take action.should i take help of court?How long it may take to get my shop back?

A.dear client kindly File a direct complaint to CJM and also you can send a letter to the District Magistrate with your grievances. You can also send a letter to police commissioner stating the inaction of police force.

A.You have to write under registered post to all higher officials in police department and still your case is not registered, you approach magistrate court with copies of those letters.

A.File a direct complaint to CJM and also you can send a letter to the District Magistrate with your grievances. You can also send a letter to police commissioner stating the inaction of police force.
