The Property and Rental Agreement in Mother's name, she signed the Rental Agreement. Mother does not have bank account and no POA given to the Son

1. A Clause in the Rental Agreement mentioned the Son's Account number to fund transfer the Deposit.
2. A Clause in the Rental Agreement mentioned the rent shall be paid to Son

Kindly clarify the Rental Agreement clauses are sufficient legally

A.To give opinion,it is necessary to scrutinize the terms and conditions of that Rent Agreement for its scope, meaning, effect and legal implications. If the son is not a party to that Rent Agreement, then transfer of rent to his account can be construed in future as non payment of rent to the Landlady and legal step can be taken against Tenant in future for non-payment of rent.
