Wrong Product - Asus Authorized service center

I visited Asus Authorized service center to get a new charger for my laptop. I paid them 3600 for laptop charger and 800 diagnostic fees advance. I received a 65W charger instead of a 45W charger . It is been more then 1.5 month since I am asking them to either refund or replace but they have not answered any of this and keep on saying to wait . Yesterday I received a mail that if polarity and voltage are same it is compatible. That is not acceptable to me . What should I do ?

As per the facts mentioned, you can send a legal notice to them for getting it exchanged or refunded. Even then they don’t respond back to you then can file a consumer case in the relevant District Consumer Forum/Commission to get the relief.

If your are not ok and satisfied with the product due to wrong description then you can ask them to replace or else you can file a consumer case in the relevant District Consumer Forum/Commission to get the relief.
