I am working in bank, married in 2011. Since marriage I am not getting any satisfaction from wife. In laws always interfere between us. Wife also accept it. Now wife's brother in law ask to give money to him as I don't have any savings and don't ghave money on wife's name. Wife also pressurize me to give money to him. I don't want to give money to him and also want divorce. I have 6 years daughter.

A.Dear client,
The husband has the right to take an independent decision on lending money or not. Wife nor in-laws cannot forced to give money. If the husband thinks of getting a divorce then approach a divorce lawyer and get the full rights in the guardianship of your daughter.
Hope it clarifies your doubt and requirement.
Thank you.

A.Dear Client
Satisfaction (or no satisfaction) in a relationship is not a ground for divorce. Incase you both agree then yo can file a divorce case under the Mutual Consent Divorce. For filing a contested divorce you need to speak to a lawyer and find out is there is any reason/cause available or not.
