You are eligible for EWS reservation as you are father is eligible for EWS reservation. Be informed that your grandfathers (Mother’s father) property will not be considered.

A.Dear Client,

For this reservation, ‘family’ includes the following:

The person seeking the reservation.
His/her parents.
His/her siblings below the age of 18 years.
His/her spouse and children below the age of 18 years.

The land or property owned by the family in different locations should be clubbed while checking the eligibility conditions for EWS reservations. You can approach an advocate and share with him in details the facts of the case and get a better idea about the current situation.

Hope this clarifies your query and requirement.

Thank you.
