If buyer fail to pay amount and registry last date as per agreement expired what can i do right now
Actually the buyer's loan has been cancelled and now the broker who was doing this deal he is saying that the loan will be done near to 30 April and saying for the next agreement but in this we get to know that the broker is fraud from making agreement we are locked not to sale to anyone else
So from 1st Agreement we have cancelled the one deal so now i want to ask that do we have to give the advance payment to the buyer he has given on the time of agreement on agreement it is written that if the deal will not been done then the payment will be refunded

A.Dear Client,

If in the deed it is mentioned that in case the sale does not go through advance must be refunded then you must refund the advance to the buyer.
