My grandmother have a property which only have a partition deed in her name. And she has 4 children. I the grandson have the partition deed. Can I sell the property on my own, if not what can I do to get the property sold.
A.Dear Sir,
During the lifetime of grandmother nobody can sell the property without the consent of grandmother. Partition can happen only after death if she dies intestate.
