We are 3 kids ;elder sister , myself , younger sister .\nLand was registered jointly , Mother & Father were the title holders .\n\nwhen myself & elder sister were out of country , somehow younger manipulated our parents and she told she will sell the property and give the money to them .\n\nLand was 1.6 Acres and till now she gave only 4.5 lacs to them in cash and nothing after that .\n\nNow everything been sold and she is refusing to give them any money and with the help of police she made parents to go out of home ( she claims she has built that by loan but in reality it has been built using the money from selling that land ) .\n\nEarlier parents were hesitating to come to stay with us because they thought they will get money and independently they wanted to live .\n\nBut this is what happened now !
A criminal complaint can be lodged and a civil suit may be filed for cancellation of such documents. Issuance of legal notice may not necessary in the given circumstances.
