Housing Society-I am having flat in Pune Housing Society-I am having flat in Pune

I am having flat in Pune and I had purchased from builder with Apartment deed.
But based on recent 51% law, some resident approach to registrar and register housing society with showing 51% signature & acceptance on housing society.
They also file case against builder.

Now that team is imposing additional expenditure to us, like increase in maintenance charges, asking for sync fund and demanding for case fee.
Can you please guide how do I legally handle such situation?

A.It is suggested that you consult a lawyer from your vicinity in person with whatever documents you have related to this matter and decide legal strategy which may be suitable for seeking relief in your case. Thank you.
