Swapping of parking lot in CHS

I want to swap my parking lot with guest parking. Can society management committee approve or it is decided through general body meeting (AGM)?

As the guest parking pot is considered to be the common property of the society hence the society should ideally pass a resolution for swapping and a resolution should be passed during an AGM. If they have byelaws that these kinds of decision can be taken without AGM then its fine.

Parking spaces are common spaces which belong to the housing society. Allotment of the same is at the discretion of the managing committee and the same can be done by means of First Come, First Serve or however the managing committee deems fit.
