Way to fields is blocked by a person

A person has blocked our way by which we use to go to our fields/land it has been 3 years a case against him was filed by us in SDM Office but till date no final judgement by him is made verbally he ordered that person to open the way but he hasn't done it so far Now what should we do and also that place belong to us he is not having any co share with us in that piece of land

It is called easementary right and nobody close your lawful access to your property. You may wait for judgment and if it is against you then go to higher authorities.

A.As the verbal order of the SDM has not been complied by that person so specifying such non-compliance of Order, you have to make petition before the SDM for police help to remove such obstruction.
