How can i get the property

My father made a house and made it in the name of my grandma, my grandma is dead and i have a aunt who has two sons... My aunt is bedridden... Both of my aunts son have a bad character and we don't want them to inherit half of our house ( me my mom and dad live in this house only) .... What should I do?
