sister consent for family property
Hello
I come from a family where I have lost my mother
Me and my sister have reunited with our father after a decade
Now being an adult and the nominee of the property I am being threatend and pressurised by my father to transfer my claims to him but my sister is a minor so I don't know much about the procedure
Her whole future is on the line
Please I desperately need help in this obstacle of life
A.Dear Sir,
If the property are amounts are in your exclusively name then you need not transfer the same in the name of your father which may be misutilized and minors interest is involved.
