How I can claim for non receipt of balance payment of registered agreement from the buyer?
A.Dear Client,
If the Vendee does not fulfill the terms of the Agreement then Vendor by serving a legal notice can cancel the agreement even if it is registered and can sell the property to any other person.An agreement whether registered or not can be cancelled on breach of its terms.

A.Dear Sir,
You need not claim balance consideration amount from the buyer. Just issue a Lega Notice saying that what ever advance amount paid by him is forfeited in your favor and agreement stands cancelled and that you are going enter into another agreement with another party.
