Hello,
I am planning to buy a penthouse, which is constructed on terrace. And approval plan do not have this construction picture. Property tax are paid. It's B khatha property. Please let me know all consequences

A.Dear Sir,
It is a risky property and at your risk you can purchase at a thrown away prices. Be careful that you have to bribe the concerned authorities and their staff members etc.

A.Dear Client,
in most of the apartment, pent house plan is not approved so the builders keep it for themselves and give it to rent. Most of the banks will not provide loans on such kind of properties without plan sanction. yet there are some banks who provide loans even on such kind of buildings on spending a lot of money. the worst case is that the bbmp will ask to remove that floor which is in 1-2% cases.
