I am 21 years old major and my sister 16 years old minor facing problem related to partition of agricultural land 1 acre of my mother's father's land and having three brothers and one daughter i.e my mother. my mother died in 2018 and my mother's father died in 2016.In 2010 my mother 3 brothers had partitioned the agricultural land equal but they had not given any share to my mother.in 2010 they had got land passbook in their names . recently we had asked about my. Mother's share my mother's brothers had refused to give share and they had taken crop mortgage loan in bank to escape in civil case.in what way we can approach by law for my mother's share and tahsildar issued land holder passbook by their name,they had taken mortgaged crop loan on their shares of land.
