boundary wall of plot gets broken down as neighbor claims it to be theirs boundary wall of plot gets broken down as neighbor claims it to be theirs

we have been having this land for over 20 years recently our neighbor bought the adjacent plot which we wished to get in contact with, now after buying the land my neighbor claims the boundary wall to be broken down cause he thinks 1.5 feet of his land is inside of our land .After verifying the blueprint of our house with people who helped to build our house before we got to knew we were short of 2 feet as we were the corner plot . As the rule is for 8 feet of road 4 feet should be given from each side of he plot our plot being the corner plot has to leave 4 feet on two side of the road to deal with this issue of getting less land than other people ,the people who divided the plot shifts the plot by making the corner plot give 4 feet on one side and 2 feet on other the rest of the 2 feet is being compensated from the rest of the plot which was build and one of it being our neighbors newly bought plot now he claims to have his land on us and breaks the wall to boundary his side well even after solving many disputes like this in past . I believe legal forces would not be of any help as the councellor of the area has a great power against us providing us with no help
if possible please suggest me to do something other than filing for a case which would usually take way more time and make things more difficult for us which kind of people should I be contacting or which kind of proof do I need to get so as to avoid this kind of discomfort
P.S: please hurry

A.Dear Client,
you can have mutual talks with your neighbors and if that does not work, then try to compensate that land or talk to the person who sold you and him the plots to resolve this.
