Apartment Maintenance
Please let me know whether under the Apartment Act of Maharashtra, can any owner ask to deposit advance maintenance charges for 2 years in installments instead of paying the whole amount in one go?
A.Dear Sir,
It all depends upon bye-laws of your association. If aggrieved you may go to concerned licensing authority and lodge compliant with him.
