I have purchased a land and registered in my wife name. While claim for title-deed, it shows the survey number is not matching . This wrong entry is made by seller's original document while they registering the document. But I cont find that person now. Can I correct the document with the seller who sold the property to the person where I have brought. Is it legally accepted.

You need to get a rectification deed executed and then get that registered with the sub registrar and that should take care of the issue. Alternatively you can file a declaration suit declaring the correctness of the deed.

you will need to correct the document from the person whom you bought the property as he is the one who issued the sale deed. if its just the survey number that you need from the seller, you can get it from the person who sold the property to your seller.
