Builder just giving promises of possession bt giving reason of not having OC now we fed up so we are thinking to shift without OC bcoz we need house now possession date is 2018 they extend date Nov 2021.now it's 2022 what to da

A.Dear Sir,

If you do not shift without OC then it may be sold out to somebody else. It is not a punishable offence with imprisonment if you stay in the house without OC.

A.Dear Client
You can send a legal notice to the builder and then file a case in the consumer forum (commission) and that way you the builder shall be perforced to give you the possession in addition to some compensation.

A.Dear Client,
Occupancy certificate is an essential document and the builder should provide that to you. if you have all the essential documents, then OC will be issued with in 30 days of your application. get to know the reason for delay and get the OC as Without a valid OC, your occupancy is illegal as it can be classified as an unauthorised structure by the authorities.
