How to register separate survey number in rural gola survey?

Hi, I bought a small piece of land in Raigarh. I got 7/12 but it doesnot have separate survey no. Or gat no. Rural land is in gola survey where no separate survey no. is registered. How do I register gat no. or separate survey no.? What documents do I require?
