The house I'm planning to buy has the land with dc conversion done on 1996. This was renewed again. Now they have provided 9/11 certificate and the old dc conversion number.. can I go ahead buy this house.
PS. I'm planning to stay in the house

When a khata is issued by the authorities then it become a legal document establishing the ownership of the land. Regardless of it is whether 9/11 or Khata A or B all these documents help to establish the ownership. But to be sure you should look at all the documents and not just one to arrive at a conclusion.

A.Dear Sir,

It seems there is some suspicion in the documents produced by them. Get all the relevant document and go to property lawyer and get legal opinion in detail.

Yes if the title documents for the property and khata are available then in that case if the title is clear you can purchase same.
