Court fees for issuance of Letter of Administration

I have to pay court fees for the issuance of Letter of Administration for a property in East Delhi valued at 58 lakhs.What percentage of the valuation needs to be paid as court fees for the court to issue the LOA.I am a Hindu and the court has already ruled in my favour regarding issuance of the LOA.

A.Dear client kindly contact to local lawyer for court fees procedure.because there is different court fees regulations applied into different state.

A.Court fees varies from state to state. As per information available on internet it is Rs 50,000 in Delhi. Better consult a local lawyer from Vidhikarya.
