Path Dispute - Farm land of 4 acres Path Dispute - Farm land of 4 acres

Farm land of 4 acres was separated between 4 brothers in 1974 and my grand father was one of them. It was separated as six divisions where the sixth division was path to our land from adjacent land(2 cents). In 1987 FMB sketch was done where the first 5 divisions were included in the sketch and sixth one was left. Now the adjacent land owner is saying they will block the path as it is not in revenue records(FMB). He is not accepting the path mentioned in the document and says he will block the path in two weeks. Surveyor isnt helping us as he can measure only those in revenue records and insisting not to apply for sub division. Can I apply for sub division? Does our adjacent land owner have rights to block the path to our agriculture land? What else I could start with?

A.Dear client, I am sorry to hear that. However in this situation the adjacent land owner have right to block your path. In order to avoid that you can file a civil case of injuction. Injunction is very much possible to restrain him to block the path
