Legal Advice on Ancestral Property
My Grandfather had a land about 18 acres who had expired. He is having three sons. My father was the younger one. After demise of my father, the land was sold to some ex person by the other two sons without any information provided to us. I as a grandson being a Legal Heir, need to know how to proceed in Legal to acquire my said share of Grand Father's Property and filing a petition against the them.
A.Dear client sorry to hear that. In this situation you can file a partition suit against your uncle.

A.DEAR SIR,
You being legal heir can file partition suit and can claim share of your father, since the land was sold as such you can claim share in the sale amount which your uncle's received.
