I have a Home loan & a mortgage loan with Bajaj Finance Ltd (BFL) . BFL sent me a 13 (2) notice letter on 29th April 2021 & in the same letter declared my loan as NPA on 25th March 2021. I responded to the notice immediatly within 60 days by RAPD & also by E mail & met them & explained the situation. They were very sweet on my face & told me regularly pay my one EMI & the NPA will not be appliacable. I asked them to give in writing which they have not given . I any way sent an official mail regarding our discussion , but they have not answered. I was regularly paying my EMI, but in July 18 2021 I received another 13(2) notice & it mentioned that my loan account has been declared NPA on May 25th 2021.
I want to ask can bank send two 13(2) notices without replying to 1st notice . I am totally disappointed & confused. Please guide me.
